Vintage Retro West German Pottery vase by Scheurich
 
Circa 1950s
 
Design number 529 18
 
Stamped as ‘Foreign’ which was common practice for imported German goods in post WW2 era
 
Stands at approx 18.5cm / 9.5cm diameter at widest
 
Pale grey textured ‘fat lava’ glaze with typical 1950s abstract design to in black, pale blue, green and pink
 
The interior of the vase is glazed in a primrose yellow colour
 
Has a tiny hairline crack to inner rim (see pic) it is approx 2cm long and does not affect the exterior glaze - otherwise in excellent vintage condition
 
All my items are well cared for and come from a clean, non-smoking home
