Since being a child I have always had a love and passion for finding and breathing new life into things that have seen better days, born from weekly outings with my grandma to our local second hand market or 'Rag and Louse' as we called it. Colourful Past is the result of my love and passion, alongside a keen eye and skills acquired whilst studying art and interior decorating and many years experience working as a creative.

My collection is an eclectic mix of styles from Victorian to Midcentury and beyond. I hand paint and upcycle my pieces using only quality materials and strive to create beautiful, unique statement furniture which is always finished to a high standard.

 

I also offer a collection of hand made lampshades, small upholstered items and a selection of carefully curated vintage objects that I have found along my journey.

My grandma has long since left us but I like to think she would approve of my endeavors.
